Job Summary

Own the field and local store marketing engine across a multi-market footprint with a strong emphasis on scalable playbooks, grassroots activations, and on-site event leadership.

  • Playbook & Enablement: design guides, train leaders, and embed local marketing ownership into store routines.
  • Event Leadership & ROI: plan, execute, and report on local and regional events with cross-functional partners.

Job Description

  • Local Store Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and own Pressed’s Field Marketing Playbook—a scalable toolkit for store-level activations that drive awareness, traffic, and trial.
  • Local Store Marketing Strategy & Execution - Design and oversee a steady cadence of grassroots marketing activities across all stores, including fitness events, school partnerships, community fairs, and local collaborations.
  • Local Store Marketing Strategy & Execution - Build and manage relationships with community partners, gyms, schools, and local businesses to increase store visibility and engagement.
  • Local Store Marketing Strategy & Execution - Create and manage promotional offers, coupon codes, and sampling programs to support store-level acquisition and loyalty goals.
  • Local Store Marketing Strategy & Execution - Ensure programs align with Pressed’s brand standards and seasonal marketing calendar.
  • Event Ownership & On-Site Leadership - Lead planning, logistics, and execution for all major local and regional events, ensuring seamless delivery, brand consistency, and strong ROI.
  • Event Ownership & On-Site Leadership - Provide on-site leadership at key activations, ensuring exceptional experiences for partners, guests, and team members.

  • Requirements - Strong project management and event operations skills, with experience leading logistics and on-site teams.
  • Requirements - Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Requirements - Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics.
