Responsibilities

• The Director, Content Marketing serves as the strategic and operational engine behind Caesars Entertainment’s enterprise SEO and AI discovery ecosystem.
• This role leads how Caesars.com—and all supporting digital properties—are discovered across traditional search engines, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platforms, and emerging AI-driven experiences.
• With a lean, high-impact team (Director + Specialist) and expansive business scope (all properties, all digital lines of business), this leader must excel at prioritization, hands-on execution, and operational efficiency.
• You will design the strategy, determine where to focus limited resources for maximum impact, and personally drive critical initiatives that influence how millions of travelers discover, evaluate, and book with Caesars.
