Job Description

Own and drive cross-channel communications planning to maximize campaign impact, alignment with consumer needs, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Cross-Channel Leadership: Own strategic implementation of campaigns and always-on programs with yearly communications planning.
  • Audience & Upstream Impact: Develop deep consumer understanding to shape where, when, and how ideas are applied for maximum effect.
  • Channel Exploitation: Assess and leverage channels, media, and platforms to amplify ideas beyond the media plan.
  • Customer Journeys & Ecosystem: Map journeys across key campaigns to optimize engagement and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with other disciplines and upskill the team in communications planning.
  • Creative & Agency Collaboration: Work with Hilton’s creative team and agencies to extend idea longevity across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Build bridges across creative, media, brand strategy, loyalty, CRM, and PR teams.
  • Strategy Translation: Turn high-level strategy into concrete communication frameworks and go-to-market plans.
  • Go-To-Market Calendar: Develop the overarching calendar spanning campaigns, initiatives, and always-on programs.
  • Requirements & Leadership: Ten (10) years of professional experience; eight (8) years in campaign communications planning; three (3) years managing teams.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Experience: Five (5) years in cross-channel marketing, content marketing, or related roles; customer-centric marketing across media and campaign strategy.
  • People Leadership: Three (3) years of experience leading teams and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Agency & Global Brand Experience: Experience leading communications planning for large, globally relevant brands.
  • Hospitality/Travel Industry Insight: Experience in hospitality, travel, consumer services, or related industries within large global brands.
  • Journey & Channel Mastery: Deep understanding of customer journeys and multiple channels, media, and platforms.
  • Talent Development: Proven ability to develop talent and build teams.
