Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Global Brand Comms: Ensure consistent global brand narratives and storytelling around key products, innovations, brand "Sense of Purpose," and global spokespeople.
  • Lead Global Music Activations: Oversee activations within the new Music territory, from ideation to execution.
  • Global Spokespeople Support: Create and manage activation calendars; brief and manage content, artists, and talent.
  • Manage Brand Partnerships: Support the activation of global brand collaborations.
  • Manage Internal Brand Comms: Ensure key brand moments and "3-star" product launches are communicated effectively throughout the company.
  • Global Crisis Management: Lead brand protection and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Agency Support: Manage PR/Communications agencies alongside the AVP.
  • Market Collaboration: Design and activate off-season events and global toolkits for local markets.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of related business experience.
  • Experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing is highly desired.
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beauty industry experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of event management.
  • Experience working with brand spokespeople and talent.
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong Information & Data management skills.
  • Collaborative leadership and Project Management skills.
