Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of a teams within a specialized area, oversees professional employees and supervisors to effectively tackle operational and resource challenges.
• Adapts departmental plans to align with business needs, ensuring they support broader functional goals.
• Decision-making is guided by company policies and procedures, enabling efficient operations that contribute to the organization's objectives.
• Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness.
• Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan.
• Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.
