Manage marketing budgets to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
Lead and mentor a marketing team based in Los Angeles.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategy.

Requirements

U.S. work authorization (Green Card, citizenship, or valid work visa).
5+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience.
Proven experience in brand positioning and brand upgrade projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred

Experience in the wig or hair extension industry, particularly with brands like Unice Hair, is highly preferred.
Experience in beauty or related product categories.
Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
