Job Summary

Own and scale influencer and PR advocacy with a global lens, turning culture into creator-driven content and tying activations to measurable KPIs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of PR, social + influencer marketing.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with community and target audiences, with a pulse on culture, social conversations and influential voices to amplify brand messaging.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product development, and key countries to ensure seamless integration of communications plans.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global advocacy strategy sourcing talent and creator partners to shoot and develop content that align with brand vision.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners to drive brand love and engagement.
  • Develop data-driven insights to track KPI’s, optimize campaign performance, and measure the impact of activations.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in social and influencer strategy within a leadership role
  • In-depth, knowledge and understanding of influencer marketing and social platforms and how they can be leveraged to achieve business goals, including emerging trends in channel performance and content strategies
  • Proven experience with content creations, influencer + ambassador programs, community management and brand communications.
  • Experience developing compelling influencer campaigns and effective content strategies

  • Exceptional organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to lead internal and executive level meetings/presentations
  • Creative problem solver
  • Ability to develop solid relationships and lead with influence
  • Ability to manage in complex, matrixed, fast paced environment
