Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement and scale an end-to-end creative operations model with clear visibility into utilization, capacity, and velocity
  • Establish and optimize tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Lead quarterly creative resourcing planning with senior leadership to align output with business priorities
  • Develop data-driven reporting and visualization frameworks that clearly communicate team capacity, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and value creation to senior stakeholders
  • Orchestrate internal and external creative resources, ensuring seamless workflows from intake to delivery
  • Streamline complex processes to enable high-velocity, high-quality creative production
  • Manage and optimize the brand OPEX budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Oversee external agency partnerships to deliver work on time and within budget
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Creative Ops & Production team, driving prioritization and execution excellence

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or similar within a fast-paced tech company and/or agency
  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Proven experience building and scaling creative operations processes (in-house or agency)
  • Strong experience managing large production budgets and resource planning
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational rigor across creative workflows, tools, and systems
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions
