Own athletics communications and brand for Alma College, balancing media relations, content, live events, and social channels to drive visibility for student athletes.

  • Media relations and press operations: plan releases, athlete profiles, hometown stories, and media requests while building regional and national relationships.
  • Content and publications: manage recruiting materials, game programs, and college publications with consistent branding.
  • Site and live production: administer AlmaScots.com content, live statistics/video, and development of promotional videos for home events.
  • Social media and campaigns: oversee athletics accounts within NCAA rules, including marketing campaigns and graphics.
  • Events and branding: plan special athletics events, publicity efforts, and enforce brand guidelines across Athletics.

  • Eligibility and awards: promote student athletes for conference, regional, and national honors.
  • Events and branding: plan special athletics events, publicity efforts, and enforce brand guidelines across Athletics.
  • Collaborations and operations: work with Communications and Marketing on photography, branding resources, and publication development.
  • Hall of Fame preparations: assemble materials for inductions and related ceremonies.
  • Sponsorship and game management: assist with advertising, corporate sponsorships, and event operations.
  • Broad duties: perform other duties as assigned while maintaining data and records.
