Own and drive in-store retail marketing across the Americas, shaping strategy, planning, and execution to boost engagement, conversion, and brand equity while optimizing investments and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of in-store marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, conversion, and long-term brand affinity across the Americas retail fleet.
  • Drive sales growth and promotional effectiveness by aligning in-store marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, seasonal priorities, and consumer insights.
  • Champion a consistent, premium, and customer-centric brand experience at every point of purchase, ensuring execution excellence across all retail environments.
  • Optimize marketing investments, operating processes, and cross-functional planning to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Retail, and Operations leaders, driving alignment and accountability across functions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative retail marketing solutions that enhance the customer journey, strengthen competitive differentiation, and support evolving consumer expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end seasonal planning and post-season hindsight reviews, leveraging insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement, inform future strategies, and maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 12 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience, Typically 16 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, detailed, deadline focused, helpful and resilient as our ways or working are ever-changing due to client demands
  • Retail Marketing background and mindset with proven track record of growing retail businesses and optimizing processes, teams and partnerships to delvier results
  • Consumer Orientation - Able to think consumer-first and support relevant strategies that drive preference and loyalty for UA
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and proposes solutions in a timely manner; Works well in group problem solving situations
  • High Initiative - High level of curiosity and inventive thinking to differentiate our Brand
  • Proven track record of leading highly functioning teams and developing talent
