Job Summary

Own the AI driven marketing measurement platform from vision to delivery, coordinating across data science, engineering, and marketing buyers to ship scalable attribution, MMM and ROI forecasting with marketer friendly UX.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Define the measurement model stack and adoption metrics for cross-channel attribution and real-time insights.
  • Audience & Tools: Translate complex models into dashboards and APIs for brand marketers, CMOs, and agencies, enabling decision making across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Governance & GTM: Align privacy, data governance, and go-to-market feedback to drive adoption while monitoring tech and competitive signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven marketing measurement capabilities, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to design scalable measurement methodologies across the paid, earned, shared, and owned marketing ecosystem e.g., incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and ROI forecasting.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into marketer-friendly tools and insights tailored for different end users (brand marketers, agency planners, CMOs, industry verticals).
  • Collaborate with clients and industry partners to establish next-generation measurement standards in marketing (creative, media) effectiveness and cross-channel attribution tied to business outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks to product development and propose mitigation strategies, while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and evolving data governance standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class UX for measurement dashboards, reporting and forecasting APIs, and real-time insights.
  • Monitor competitive trends and emerging technologies in AI, marketing analytics, and ad measurement to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with commercial and customer success teams to craft go-to-market strategies and deliver feedback-driven product improvements.
  • Work with group partners to define and monitor KPIs that measure the adoption and business impact of AI-driven measurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, or marketing analytics platforms.
  • Deep and applied knowledge understanding of media measurement methodologies, including MTA (multi-touch attribution), MMM (marketing mix modeling), and causal/incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrated experience building or integrating complex, technology-enabled AI/ML-driven products with proven value creation.
  • Strong background in the marketing technology (MarTech) or advertising technology (AdTech) space, with familiarity in areas such as programmatic media, campaign optimization, customer data platforms, and creative automation. Familiarity with advertising ecosystem dynamics, including DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, marketing clouds, and agency workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, APIs, and developer platforms; ability to translate technical capabilities into differentiated user experiences in marketing and advertising applications.
  • Familiarity with data processing principles and visualization (e.g., pandas/NumPy, PowerBI), deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow/PyTorch), model operations management (e.g., MLFlow, Spark MLlib), and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain / LangGraph)
  • Strong execution background with a record of shipping complex platform products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and technical levels.
  • Experience with data programming languages, namely SQL and/or Python
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
