Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
• Coordinate admissions from referral to arrival.
• Give tours and help families feel welcomed and supported.
• Represent our facility at networking events and community functions.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to grow our census.
• Work closely with our clinical and leadership teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, home health, or hospital experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, or referral processes.
