Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enrolment & Commercial Performance: Develop and lead the school's strategic Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) plan, aligned with enrolment and business objectives.
  • Own the MAC budget and ensure investment delivers maximum value and measurable impact.
  • Lead the enrolment pipeline, focusing on generating enquiries, converting them into enrolments and maximizing re-enrolment and family retention.
  • Maintain accurate enrolment forecasting and use market, competitor and audience insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop a differentiated market positioning that strengthens the school's competitive advantage and supports enrolment.
  • Turn Data & Insight into Action: Use marketing, customer and enrolment data to evaluate performance and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Use Salesforce and other KPI metrics to manage the enrolment pipeline, track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Test, learn and adapt marketing and admissions activities based on measurable results.
  • Advise the Senior Leadership Team on relevant market research, including brand equity, parent satisfaction, mystery shopping and market share.
  • Translate data and research insights into clear action plans that improve school performance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in brand-building, sales, marketing, admissions, customer growth or a related commercial/customer-focused environment.
  • A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing teams, with the ability to build capability and inspire high performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources, manage competing priorities and deliver complex initiatives to deadline.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
  • A commercial, entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset, with the resilience to challenge constructively, embrace change, identify opportunities and continuously look for better ways of working.
  • A strong customer and audience focus, with the ability to understand different needs and translate them into compelling experiences and propositions.
  • A genuine commitment to collaboration, continuous learning and knowledge sharing, with the humility to listen, learn and develop others.
