Job Summary

Own the end to end digital shelf program for assigned brands with a bias toward content quality, data integrity, and measurable improvements in on shelf performance.

  • Digital shelf content ownership: manage packaging Refreshes, new product setup, content updates, and QA to ensure accuracy and SEO alignment.
  • Cross functional alignment: partner with brand and cross functional teams to lock priorities and timing for content launches.
  • Optimization and governance: develop shelf optimization plans, prioritize content improvements from scorecards, and contribute to templates and governance standards.

Job Description

Own end-to-end digital shelf content and optimization for assigned brands with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data-driven improvements.

  • Digital Shelf Content Management & Execution: Own the end-to-end process for packaging updates, new product setup, content changes, and QA.
  • Brand Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for brand and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and timing.
  • Digital Shelf Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute optimization plans; analyze scorecards and benchmarks to prioritize content enhancements.
  • System Proficiency & Data Integrity: Maintain product data and digital assets in DAM/PIM systems (WIDEN, Salsify) with accurate metadata.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Analyze shelf performance, translate insights into recommendations, and influence content prioritization.
  • Content Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with creative and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of images and rich content.
  • Governance & Templates: Contribute to digital content templates and governance standards.
  • Team Learning & Improvement: Participate in meetings, share learnings, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Transformation Support: Support Global Digital Enablement and cross-functional partners on enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or eCommerce experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning projects from strategy through execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partnership.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of PIM, DAM, and CMS systems (Salsify and WIDEN preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
