Job Summary

Own actionable digital marketing support and cross-functional coordination for beauty brands, combining data collection, reporting, and launch execution to keep campaigns moving and informed decisions fast.

  • Digital Execution & Data: Coordinate translation, competitive intel, and digital data collection to feed campaigns and insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce IMC weekly/monthly reports and basic data reviews to steer optimization.
  • Coordination & Launch Support: Manage sample dispatch, social agency reviews, PR/PO follow-through, and launch-case processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing daily execution, including translation, competitors’ information & digital related data collective , etc.
  • IMC Campaign weekly reports, e.g. Weekly report/monthly report/basic raw data analysis….
  • Follow-up sample application, send products to social agency, and review KOL/KOC posts.
  • Follow-up PR/PO application process
  • Support digital marketing study and execution
  • Follow -up launch project relevant cases and internal process, other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

  • Have skincare marketing/beauty marketing sense/working experience.
  • Have influencer management related working experience
  • Smart with good communication skill, detail oriented, responsible, diligent, and good at excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English expression and translation skills.
  • Positive and supportive, has passion of beauty industry.
