Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads & Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns (~$50K/month spend)
Improve and expand Google Business Profiles (GBP) across multiple markets
Including new listings (staffed offices + appointment-only locations)
Increase map pack rankings and local search visibility
Track performance from: Click → Lead → Booked Call → Revenue
Build and manage lead attribution and reporting in ServiceTitan
Identify opportunities to: Lower cost per lead; Increase revenue per lead; Improve overall marketing ROI
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and local search strategies
Continuously test, optimize, and scale what works

Requirements

2–4 years experience with Google Ads (required)
Strong understanding of: Conversion tracking; Lead attribution; Campaign optimization
Comfortable working with data and making decisions from it
Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable

Preferred

Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, water, etc.)
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM
Experience managing multi-location local SEO strategies
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and basic CMS platforms
