Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate Organic SEO
• Oversee Google Ads / PPC campaigns, including Search and Performance Max
• Review Organic and Paid Social Media strategies and performance
• Manage and monitor Google Business Profile (GBP / GMB)
• Oversee Local SEO
• Review website traffic, leads, calls, reservations, purchases, and other conversion activity
• Monitor key marketing metrics including CPA, ROAS, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Lead
• Review GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, call tracking, and other marketing analytics systems
• Ensure marketing data and conversion tracking are accurate and properly implemented
• Review agency campaign strategies, keyword strategies, targeting, budgets, ad copy, landing pages, and optimization recommendations

Requirements

• Professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, or Agency Management
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, Organic Social, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital marketing reporting
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Ability to analyze marketing data and independently evaluate campaign performance
• Ability to review and challenge agency recommendations when necessary
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Lead
• Experience managing or working with external marketing agencies is strongly preferred
• Hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, restaurant, or local business marketing experience is a plus
