Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach communities of workers feeling AI pressure — Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discord servers, X
  • Write and send outreach campaigns targeting specific job verticals
  • Create short-form content showing real professionals why Mentora matters to their career
  • Track what messaging resonates and report back weekly
  • Scale our social media and product

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program — Marketing, Communications, Business, CS, or anything adjacent
  • You've posted something on social media and thought about why it did or didn't perform
  • Strong writer — clear, concise, no corporate speak
  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding

Preferred

  • Bonus: interest in AI, EdTech, or startups
