Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the functionality, performance, and ongoing optimization of the PEFCU website
  • Manage CMS updates, enhancements, and day-to-day site operations to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, uptime, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
  • Implement and optimize user journeys to support key actions such as account opening and loan applications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure website content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support SEO efforts through on-page optimization, content structure, and technical best practices
  • Maintain website analytics and tracking to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Own the member facing email platform, including system management, segmentation, list maintenance, and automation setup
  • Build and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys in partnership with marketing and business teams
  • Ensure accurate data flow between email and connected systems to support targeting and personalization

Requirements

  • 6 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Responsible for transforming website design into functionality; tests and maintains website layout and other components to enhance the user-experience journey.
  • Ensures the proper integration of web servers and supporting systems.
  • Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development.
  • Makes certain that development procedures provide for optimal navigation, configuration management and user-experience.
  • Continuously maintains the website: tests and troubleshoots issues and problems
  • Communicates with programmers, designers and other specialists on matters of website concept, design and architecture.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and other IT professionals on matters of project life cycles; works to maximize the effectiveness of internet technologies and enables greater access to information in supporting business units and overarching communication strategies.
