Job Summary

Own and optimize a multi-channel digital marketing engine with a focus on fast, data-driven improvements across paid media, content, and CRO.

  • Campaign Execution: Build and run social, email, SEO and content programs to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Paid Media Ownership: Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns with iterative testing and optimization.
  • Optimization & Analytics: Analyze site and campaign data to improve landing pages, CRO, and KPI reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
  • Create and schedule engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Maintain and update company website using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts by analyzing user behavior and improving landing page performance
  • Assist in tracking marketing KPIs and preparing performance reports for leadership

Requirements

  • Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (AdWords)
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms and paid advertising strategies
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to brand voice
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles within e-commerce or consumer product brands
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS? (deprecated in requirements; see nice_to_have)

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and website management (preferred but not required)
