Job Summary

Own digital and content marketing operations across social, website, and paid media with clear ownership of recruitment, engagement, and cross-channel optimization.

  • Growth Ownership: Coordinate content across channels, publish on schedule, and drive performance toward stronger ROAS.
  • Channel & Creative Ops: Build assets, optimize landing pages, and run tests to lift conversions.
  • Alignment & Analytics: Partner with Membership to track leads and campaign impact while delivering weekly dashboards for leadership.

Job Description

Own multi-channel digital marketing and content operations with a data driven mindset to lift recruitment, engagement, and ROAS.

  • Growth Ownership: Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social, website, email, and paid campaigns to move metrics and demonstrate ROAS.
  • Creative & Optimization: Develop graphics, landing pages, and run A/B tests across ads and emails to improve conversion.
  • Partnerships & Reporting: Align with Membership and leadership on lead generation, campaign metrics, and weekly dashboards.
  • Content & Channels: Manage editorial calendars, write and publish blog content, and coordinate story collection across departments.
  • Website & SEO: Update landing pages, monitor user engagement, and support SEO optimization efforts.
  • Paid Campaigns: Launch and monitor campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube/OTT with budget pacing and CPL/lead tracking.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track performance trends, generate dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROAS.
  • Asset Management: Organize digital assets and photos, support events, and assist with marketing operations tasks as needed.
