Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead content intake discussions, helping partners refine needs, clarify requirements, and translate business objectives into actionable creative briefs (including design specifications, messaging hierarchy, audience/segment details, and creative focus).
  • Provide recommendations on content approaches based on channel best practices, audience insights, and previous campaign learnings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve message relevance, asset usability, and content performance.
  • Manage end‑to‑end content development across multiple workstreams, ensuring requirements, timelines, and quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and agencies including creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand standards, adheres to legal requirements, and supports personalization and product strategy goals.
  • Establish repeatable, efficient processes for content creation, review, and delivery — identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear, structured project communications so all teams remain aligned on scope, status, changes, and launch readiness.
  • Independently manage complex project plans that encompass multiple partners, creative rounds, data/segment dependencies, and channel-specific constraints.
  • Manage the structure, organization, and long‑term integrity of the content library, including version control, naming conventions, tagging, metadata hygiene, and archival processes.
  • Implement and enforce standards for asset storage and documentation to ensure assets are easily searchable, consistently organized, and audit‑ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, CRM, content operations, digital production, or related field
  • Proven ability to independently drive complex projects from intake through launch with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational systems thinker who can maintain structure across multiple simultaneous workflows
  • Skilled at anticipating obstacles, problem‑solving across teams, and resolving issues before they impact timelines
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with or managing creative and agency partners
  • Experience with or passion for marketing elements such as creative development and CRM efforts
