Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly calls with each of your clients where you review budgets, KPIs and overall results
• Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests
• Maintain (and post for team) accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
• Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
• Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
• Keep the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
• You are responsible for scheduling calls with each of your clients at least one time per month. During these calls you review budgets, KPIs and overall results. You are expected to make suggestions for improvement and identify ways to add value. You are also encouraged to upsell to higher packages or add additional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred , but not required
• 2 years of experience minimum in an account manager or customer service role is required
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
• Flexible and able to solve problems
• Resilient and positive in difficult situations
• Able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency

Preferred

• Experience with internet leads or any internet lead generation
• Experience within insurance industry
• Experience or familiarity with a marketing agency or digital marketing overall
• Experience working with web development and SEO
• Experience working with G-suite products
• Knowledge of social media management
• Have certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics. Facebook Ads is a plus
