Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for The Table & Wine Society.
  • Build a measurable member-acquisition plan for each launch market.
  • Create campaigns that generate qualified leads, invitation requests, and new memberships.
  • Develop marketing calendars aligned with chapter launches, partner announcements, experiences, events, and Journeys.
  • Test new audiences, offers, messages, landing pages, and acquisition channels.
  • Help establish the company’s long-term marketing systems, processes, and performance standards.
  • Digital Advertising and Lead Generation: Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other appropriate channels.
  • Monitor cost per lead, cost per invitation request, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
  • Build retargeting and lead-nurture strategies.
  • Work closely with sales to evaluate lead quality and improve lead-to-member conversion.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, member acquisition, consumer marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels, landing pages, email marketing, CRM workflows, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience developing social media and content strategies.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and make practical decisions based on performance.
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, agencies, creators, designers, or outside vendors.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve content creation, personalization, productivity, and campaign analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to be both strategic and hands-on.
