  • Content Operations: Own CMS publishing, editorial workflow, and brand voice consistency across DSU digital properties.
  • SEO & Accessibility: Implement on-page SEO, ensure accessibility compliance, and uphold governance to boost findability and inclusive UX.
  • Collaboration & Optimization: Translate complex topics with SMEs, align with campus partners, and act on content performance data to improve engagement.

Job Description

  • Content Operations: Own CMS publishing, editorial workflow, and brand voice consistency across DSU digital properties.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize web content using SEO best practices.
  • Accessibility & Governance: Ensure accessibility standards and governance support inclusive UX.
  • SME Collaboration: Translate complex topics with subject matter experts into user-friendly content.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior data.
  • Campus Collaboration: Consult with campus partners to identify content needs and deliver digital communications solutions.
  • Additional Communications: Collaborate on media releases, magazines, newsletters, video storytelling as time allows.
