Responsibilities

• You'll lead our outreach to corporate sponsors, annual donors, and prospective members, managing the full solicitation lifecycle from research to signed agreement.
• On the communications side, you'll manage our social media presence, improve our website, design our annual report, and produce our member newsletter.
• You'll work directly with the Executive Director and report your progress to our Fundraising Committee.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in communications, fundraising, or development.
• Strong writing skills.
• Comfort producing polished content independently using tools like Canva.
• Experience with a CRM.
• A genuine commitment to immigrant rights and gender justice.
