Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies that attract new clients and deepen existing client relationships across the U.S. and Canada.
- Oversee multiple marketing capabilities, including go-to-market strategy, omnichannel campaign planning, digital marketing, paid media, lead management, and advisor marketing solutions.
- Direct teams responsible for engaging prospects and clients through integrated online and offline experiences that drive business growth and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute segment-specific growth strategies that generate demand, increase client engagement, and support firm priorities.
- Establish departmental vision, objectives, KPIs, and performance measures, ensuring accountability for results and business impact.
- Partner with senior leaders across business, marketing, and client segments to align resources, priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Drive the evolution of growth marketing capabilities, including marketing strategy, performance marketing, audience nurturing, journey orchestration, and advisor-facing marketing programs.
- Sponsor and lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that deliver innovative solutions and improve marketing effectiveness across the firm.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading strategic marketing, growth, or business initiatives within complex organizations, including 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Proven success developing and executing enterprise-scale marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, present to, and build alignment with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans and outcomes.
- Track record of leading high-performing teams, managing budgets, establishing KPIs, and driving accountability for results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and change management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering innovation.
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week
