Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Capture and create engaging photos, videos, graphics, and written content.
• Publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
• Update website content, photos, announcements, and promotions.
• Support SEO best practices through website updates and content optimization.
• Ensure business information is accurate across Google Business Profile and online directories.
• Monitor website performance and report any issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
• Willingness to travel between office locations and community events as needed.

Preferred

• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is preferred.
• Experience with GEO-fencing or location-based advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design software.
