Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Support the creation and maintenance of monthly and quarterly performance decks, consolidating data from multiple sources.
  • Assist in developing and updating digital dashboards (LookerStudio/PowerBI experience is a plus, not required).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting.
  • Digital Analytics Support: Pull and analyze website and campaign metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Support tagging, tracking, and documentation of custom events or assets (UTMs, QR codes, etc.).
  • Assist with ongoing optimizations and troubleshooting measurement issues.
  • CRM & Marketing Technology: Help extract data from HubSpot or other CRM systems to support reporting and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with uploading, organizing, and maintaining campaign-related assets or metadata.
  • Operations & Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams to collect requirements, support reporting needs, and answer basic data questions.
  • Document dashboards and data definitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, digital marketing, or similar data‑focused roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, and/or digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
  • Some familiarity with dashboard tools (LookerStudio, PowerBI).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, ask questions when unsure, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with delivering polished client presenations.

Preferred

  • Experience with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
  • Some familiarity with dashboard tools (LookerStudio, PowerBI).
