Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face retail environment
- Provide product and service information while answering customer questions
- Assist with purchases, sign-ups, upgrades, and promotional enrollments
- Support daily customer engagement and retail sales goals
- Maintain organized and professional retail event spaces
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support campaign success
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments
- Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred
- Experience in event marketing or promotions is a plus
