Responsibilities

• Support execution of CRM clean-up initiatives across Salesforce and HubSpot
• Maintain CRM databases, contact lists, and audience segments
• Assist in organizing and managing client and internal relationship data
• Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements
• Help troubleshoot basic CRM platform issues
• Support lifecycle marketing efforts through data management and segmentation
• Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and performance marketing teams
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms

Requirements

• Strong interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or data systems
• Familiarity with CRM or email platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Seamless, Klaviyo, Adobe, or similar) is a plus
• High attention to detail and comfort working within systems and spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Technologically proficient, especially within Google Suite and data management tools
