Responsibilities
- 20 short-form videos/month. Topics like:
- How developers make money vs. how buyers make money
- Capital stacks, waterfalls, preferred equity — explained visually
- "Why this deal works / doesn’t" breakdowns
- What rising rates actually mean for a development project
- The myths retail investors believe about real estate
- Calm. Sharp. Built to earn trust, not urgency.
- You're the right fit if:
- You think IRR before aesthetics. You've explained a debt waterfall to someone who didn't know what one was — and they got it. You’re natural on camera, but your credibility comes from your thinking, not your thumbnail.
- Finance or investing background preferred. NRI audience familiarity is a plus.
