Job Summary

Own the creator partnerships program end-to-end, from outreach and onboarding to campaign execution and measurement, driving creator relationships and scalable processes.

Lead creator discovery and outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
Manage contracts, assets, timelines, and payments.
Collaborate with CEO and marketing on campaigns and growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard at least 50 new qualified creators each month
Identify athletes, parents, influencers, and content creators who align with the Elite Athletic Gear brand
Conduct consistent outreach through Instagram, TikTok, email, creator platforms, and other channels
Respond quickly and professionally to creator messages and partnership inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
Explain campaign expectations, content requirements, timelines, compensation, and product details
Negotiate creator partnerships within established company guidelines
Send creator contracts and ensure agreements are completed before campaigns begin
Coordinate product selections and shipments for creators
Track creator communication, campaign status, deadlines, content submissions, and payments

Requirements

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creators, influencers, and social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing dozens of active conversations and partnerships at the same time
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep projects moving
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people
Persistent and motivated without being overly aggressive
Able to communicate professionally with athletes, parents, creators, and business partners
Comfortable working directly with the founder and CEO
Able to work independently while collaborating with a small marketing team

Preferred

Experience working with influencers, creators, athletes, or brand ambassadors
Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts
Experience with TikTok Shop creator programs
Experience using creator platforms such as Insense
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creator whitelisting
Experience using Google Sheets, project-management software, or CRM systems
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing
Experience organizing large volumes of photo and video assets
Knowledge of youth sports, baseball, softball, basketball, football, or fitness culture
