  • Measurement and ecosystem: tie creator activity to awareness, engagement, and pipeline while tracking platform shifts.

Job Description

- Build and own Profound's creator program. Design the strategy, define the tiers, and build the engine from the ground up. - Identify and cultivate the right creators. Find the marketers, SEOs, and brand builders with authentic, engaged audiences in our space. Fit, expertise, and authenticity matter more than follower count. - Manage 1:1 creator partnerships end-to-end. Own always-on relationships and campaign-specific activations. How our content comes to life in the creator ecosystem is a direct result of your work. - Turn Profound's research into creator gold. Partner with research and content teams to surface data and insights that give creators genuinely unique things to say. - Build a creator community, not just a roster. Bring partners into the Profound orbit through early product access, data briefings, and community moments so they're invested in the category. - Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with Social Distribution, Content, PMM, and Comms to amplify creator work and ensure it ladders up to bigger campaign beats. - Own measurement. Build the framework for how creator marketing connects to awareness, engagement, and pipeline. Report on what's working and reallocate accordingly. - Stay ahead of the ecosystem. Know which creators are rising, which platforms are shifting, and how algorithm changes should inform strategy.
