Job Summary
Own and grow creator partnerships by aligning goals with high impact initiatives across social, affiliate, and community programs, turning data into action for steady creator performance and business outcomes.
- Creator relationships: manage a roster, conduct regular check-ins, and drive growth reviews.
- Performance-driven guidance: monitor multi-channel metrics, surface opportunities, and offer strategic recommendations aligned to creator goals.
- Cross-functional execution: translate insights into prioritized work and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of creators.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through.
- Develop a deep understanding of each creator's goals, business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure creators feel supported, informed, and confident in the value of the Creator Growth program.
- Lead regular creator check-ins, business reviews, and growth discussions.
- Review creator performance across social media, affiliate, community, and other growth initiatives.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and strategic guidance based on creator goals and performance data.
- Help creators prioritize initiatives and focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Stay informed on platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging opportunities.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media or creator/influencer management, talent management, account management, client services, digital marketing, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently lead client-facing conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience working at a talent agency, influencer agency, creator-focused company, or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and creator monetization strategies.
- Experience presenting performance reports or business recommendations to clients.
- Understanding of creator business models and the broader creator economy.
