Job Summary

Own and scale the photographer partnerships program, from recruitment and training to creator enablement and publishing.

  • Talent Partnerships: Build long term relationships with brand advocates beyond campaigns and drive ongoing creator engagement.
  • Program Performance: Define and improve KPIs for reach, engagement, conversions and sentiment using data and creator feedback.
  • Operations & Scale: Recruit, train, brief and publish through efficient workflows, coordinating product seeding and event integrations.

Job Description

Own and scale the photographer partnerships program through end-to-end recruitment, training on brand messaging and guidelines, and creator enablement from briefing to publishing.

  • Responsibilities: Source, recruit and train new photographer partners on brand messaging, product knowledge, and communication guidelines
  • Responsibilities: Negotiate affiliate commission structures, ambassador fees, placements, and partnerships
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate engagement cycles, product seeding, early access programs, event integrations and co-creation opportunities
  • Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with long-term brand advocates going beyond transactional campaign work
  • Responsibilities: Support creators through the content development process from briefing to review to publishing
  • Responsibilities: Own, measure and improve program performance against KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment
  • Responsibilities: Identify opportunity areas to iterate on programs based on data, creator feedback, and business needs. Drive the implementation of solutions
