Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creative strategy for cross-channel campaigns that blend entertainment-minded storytelling with quick-turn content and larger campaigns.

  • Creative: shape original routes from briefs to storyboards, mood boards, and decks.
  • Production: execute and publish content across social channels, or mock up rough edits to prove ideas fast.
  • Trends and collaboration: pull in entertainment/tech trends and partner with designers, producers, and clients to land clear creative rationale.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop original, bulletproof ideas that work across the entire cultural spectrum; from a 60-second social-first video to a physical pop-up alongside our Creative Lead.
  • Translate briefs and cultural deep-dives into clear creative routes. You can build the storyboards, mood boards, and campaign decks that make clients understand the vision.
  • Own creative execution of your projects, which may include copywriting, storyboarding, and publishing content on social channels.
  • Act as a one-person "maker" unit when needed. You can whip up a rough edit, a Photoshop mock-up, or a conceptual "vibe check" to prove an idea works before we go into full production.
  • Work seamlessly with the larger creative team (ie designers, producers). You’re the partner who makes everyone else’s job easier because your ideas are clear and actionable.
  • Present your own concepts and creative rationale to the internal team and clients. You can explain the "why" behind it with confidence.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s actually happening in entertainment and tech. You’re the one bringing the trends into the room.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative strategist role within a creative agency or brand environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work from lo-fi, fast-turn content to larger campaign systems and storytelling
  • You have strong creative instincts: layout, composition, typography, motion, pacing, and platform-native execution
  • You have an unexpectedly clever way with words and also ability to write in succinctly and comprehensively when needed
  • Positive, solutions-oriented approach to both creative and administrative tasks
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, communicative, team-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
