Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production of key marketing and social AV on budget and schedule.
  • Assist with creative capture planning, budgeting, on-set BTS/EPK, and shoots.
  • Obtain talent approvals and curate/deliver final assets.
  • Produce making-of docs, featurettes, sizzle reels, and social content for major platforms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies throughout a film campaign.
  • Support narrative storytelling with strong film production and post-production knowledge.
  • Understand SAG, WGA and DGA rules and communicate with talent reps.
  • Multi-task across several projects, adapting to evolving responsibilities.
  • Travel will be required.

Requirements

  • Experience in the entertainment industry
  • Understanding of SAG, WGA and DGA rules and regulations
  • Based in Culver City, CA; travel will be required
  • Bachelor's degree
