Job Summary
Owns end-to-end content operations for a founder-led content system, shaping intake, briefs, AI workflows, revision cycles, and publishing cadence to sustain quality and trust.
- Content Operations: govern signal intake, weekly idea backlog, and content pillars to ensure a coherent rhythm.
- Executive & Creator Briefs: create founder/editor briefs and manage revisions to protect quality and alignment.
- Publishing & Governance: coordinate publishing, track content performance, and maintain the creative operating system.
Job Description
- Content Operations: Govern signal intake, weekly idea backlog, organize content pillars and series, and maintain the creative operating system.
- Briefing & Review: Create founder and editor briefs, oversee AI-assisted scripting workflow, and manage revision cycles with quality control.
- Publishing & Reporting: Coordinate publishing, produce content reporting, and sustain a regular creative refresh cadence.
