Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end visual content creation: design and execute a wide variety of marketing assets, including videos, social media materials, event booths and signage, digital campaigns, sales presentations, product brochures, and website graphics
  • Video production & editing: help conceptualize, edit, and deliver dynamic corporate, promotional, and product videos that communicate D-Fend’s advanced counter-UAS mission
  • Leverage creative AI: proactively master and then integrate AI tools into the design and video editing pipelines to drastically maximize output speed, asset scalability, and visual quality
  • Event & sales kickoff production: own the creation of all physical and digital creative materials for our annual global Sales Kickoff (SKO) and international events, including booth creation
  • Cross-functional collaboration: manage external design vendors and partner closely with the Content, Digital, Events, and Product Marketing personnel to ensure a unified visual voice that adheres to strict brand guidelines, while maintaining creativity
  • Agency-level execution in-house: handle the creative asset pipeline proactively and independently from brief to final delivery, ensuring the agility and speed of an in-house asset with the precision of a top-tier creative agency
  • Maintain the creative library: build and manage a scalable, structured digital repository for all brand assets, photography, and source files, enabling rapid retrieval and reuse across global marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience: at least 7+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Specialist within a global B2G or B2B tech, security, aerospace, defense, or public safety environment
  • Portfolio required: a strong portfolio showcasing creative design, corporate branding mastery, and compelling video/motion work is a mandatory requirement
  • Video expertise: experience in video creation, storyboarding, motion graphics, and post-production editing
  • UI/UX and tools: knowledge of UI/UX design principles, HTML/CSS an advantage
  • AI-forward mindset: enthusiastic champion of AI - Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora, etc. - with a demonstrated ability to apply them practically for rapid asset turnaround
  • Hands-on approach and high-volume capability: proven track record of successfully executing and managing complex, multi-asset deliverable pipelines. Must be a resilient professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth culture. Comfortable working on multiple high-priority tasks and shifting gears quickly
  • Technical software toolkit: deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
  • Communication & collaboration: a true team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hebrew a plus). Confident presenting creative concepts to executive leadership and extremely receptive to cross-functional feedback and multiple iterations
  • External vendor management skills: the ability to manage the relationship with external design vendors and other service providers for overflow work
  • Note: Hebrew language proficiency is listed as a nice-to-have
