Film professional video & photography
Create short-form and long-form content
Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts & YouTube videos
Write scripts, hooks, captions & ad copy
Develop creative content ideas
Create recurring content series
Cover properties, restaurants, projects & events
Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, X
Content strategy, Brand identity, Posting schedules, Creative direction, Audience engagement, Organic growth
Lead-generation campaigns

Requirements

3+ years of experience preferred
Experience requirement can be waived for candidates with a strong portfolio and proven results
Professional videography & photography skills
Professional camera, lighting & audio knowledge
Strong video-editing skills
Creative storytelling & scriptwriting ability
Social media management experience
Proven paid advertising experience
Experience managing ad budgets
Strong understanding of analytics
