Responsibilities

• Own the visual pipeline end-to-end
• Carry designs from early concept through to polished, platform-ready digital assets for e-commerce storefronts, campaigns, and product launches.
• Create stunning 3D product visuals
• Build and refine high-quality 3D renderings—mastering materials, lighting, camera composition, and scene building to make products leap off the screen.
• Move fast without breaking quality
• Rapidly generate fresh visual concepts, iterate on feedback, and deliver final assets on tight timelines.
• Tell product stories visually
• Translate complex product features into clear, conversion-focused visual narratives that drive clicks and sales.
• Push creative boundaries with AI
• Leverage generative AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate ideation, produce image and animation variations, and explore entirely new visual outputs.
• Set and maintain the quality bar:
• Define visual standards for digital assets and prepare production files across multiple formats, channels, and specs (resolution, aspect ratio, safe areas, motion vs. static).
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Partner closely with product, brand, and marketing teams to align creative direction, ensure accuracy, and hit deadlines.
• Optimize for scale
• Continuously improve workflows so we can produce more high-quality assets, faster, without sacrificing consistency.
