Job Description

Responsibilities

Defining the creative vision
Producing high-quality photo and video content
Leading storytelling across social, web, and campaigns
Building a repeatable, scalable content engine
Define and evolve Vanspeed’s visual identity and storytelling style
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (social, website, ads, events)
Develop campaign concepts that position Vanspeed as a premium lifestyle brand
Build and own a full-funnel content strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion)
Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and web
Turn product features into compelling lifestyle-driven narratives

Requirements

Strong background in photo and video production (portfolio required)
Proven experience creating content for premium/lifestyle brands
Ability to both conceptualize and execute (strategy + hands-on creation)
Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Strong eye for design, composition, lighting, and storytelling
Ability to travel for shoot locations

Preferred

Has built or scaled a brand’s visual presence before
Understands how to make content that feels premium, not promotional
Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Obsessed with quality, detail, and brand consistency
Passion for outdoor lifestyle, travel, or automotive is a big plus
Website/Shopify experience is a plus
