Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for the company website, social media channels, internal platforms, and customer communications.
• Draft and edit marketing copy for campaigns, presentations, collateral, product materials, and digital communications.
• Help tell the Maverick Power story through compelling and engaging content.
• Support leadership communications and strategic messaging initiatives.
• Partner with external creative agencies on graphic design, videography, photography, and digital campaigns.
• Assist with creative project coordination, timelines, feedback consolidation, and asset management.
• Ensure creative output aligns with Maverick Power brand standards and messaging.
• Support marketing initiatives tied to product launches, company growth, recruiting, and customer engagement.
• Assist with event support, trade shows, and company initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional departments to execute priorities efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience managing social media and digital content platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or content creation

Preferred

• Basic graphic design capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
• Experience working with external agencies or creative partners preferred
