Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Partnerships: Market Opening: You will identify and strategically target corporate partners and brands that align with our mission. You know how to "read the room" of the corporate sector to find where the budget meets the mission.
  • Sponsorship Launch: You won't just wait for leads; you will develop the strategy to launch new collaborations, creating the roadmap for how we integrate with major brands.
  • Relationship Architecture: You will design the "value exchange" that makes corporations feel like their investment in Roots Down is the most prestigious move in their portfolio.
  • The Collateral Engine: You will build "holy shit" level pitch decks, posters, and digital assets in Canva that close deals.
  • Wix & Digital Ecosystem: You will own the evolution of our Wix site, integrating social media platforms and ensuring our digital home is a seamless reflection of the OS Platform.
  • AI-Fluidity: You are a master of AI tools. You use them to conduct market research, generate high-end visuals, and automate your workflow so you can accomplish in 15 hours what takes others 40.
  • Strategic Authority: You aren't just taking orders; you are helping us decide which doors to kick down.
  • Direct Impact: Your strategy and your designs will directly lead to carbon sequestration and urban restoration.
  • Unlimited Upside: As you open markets, your role and compensation grow. We want you to have a stake in the movement we’re building.

Requirements

  • Commitment: 10–15 hours per week.
  • The Strategic Mind: You understand market dynamics. You know how to position a brand so it feels indispensable to a corporate sponsor.
  • Creative Excellence: You have an exceptional aesthetic standard. You make "infrastructure" look like "art."
  • The Tech Stack: You are a power user of Wix, Canva, and Social Media. You don’t just use these tools; you manipulate them to get results.
  • Environmental Heart: You are genuinely passionate about biodiversity and protecting natural resources. You want your work to be the reason the urban sector finally heals.
  • The Creative Network: You bring a Rolodex of creators who can help us scale our visual storytelling as we grow.
