Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content engine, shaping formats, repurposing long-form assets, and producing social-ready content while aligning with demand-gen, product marketing, and brand goals to drive consistent messaging and content velocity.

  • Content Production: shepherd cross-channel formats from briefing to delivery and maintain a strong brand voice.
  • Content Strategy & Repurposing: identify evergreen opportunities, optimize assets, and collaborate with demand gen and product marketing to maximize impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write across formats: blog posts, thought leadership, scripts, social copy, email, product content, and campaign messaging
  • Develop and repurpose long-form content (recorded sessions, interviews, reports) into shorter, evergreen assets
  • Produce or direct production of audiograms, quote cards, short-form video cuts, and other social-ready formats
  • Support executive and spokesperson content, including ghostwriting and talking point development
  • Build and maintain a content calendar tied to campaign goals, product moments, and brand priorities
  • Own content for customer marketing and testimonials
  • Drive content strategy and production for AI Security School
  • Shape and execute the content program for Cyera Research
  • Identify repurposing opportunities across the existing content library
  • Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and design to keep messaging consistent across channels

Requirements

  • 4+ years in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment
  • Strong writing skills across formats, from long-form editorial to short-form social
  • Comfort working across channels: written, audio, video, social, email
  • Familiarity with content production tools (Descript, Canva, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping things
  • Judgment about what to create, what to repurpose, and what to leave alone
