Job Summary

Own and shape the Group’s external communications and media profile, driving reputation, thought leadership, and measurable impact across the FE sector and local communities.

  • External PR strategy: develop compelling stories, build media relationships, and secure high-quality coverage across national, regional, and sector outlets.
  • Reputation & crisis: manage sensitive communications, monitor KPIs, and drive proactive activity to protect and enhance the Group’s reputation.
  • Leadership & delivery: lead a high-performing communications team and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
