Job Summary

Support a fast-moving corporate comms function by shaping messaging, coordinating timelines, and developing compelling narratives across internal and external channels.

  • Communications execution: content for updates, pitches, press materials, and internal docs; coordinate planning and timelines.
  • Media relations: build media lists, journalist research, monitor news cycles and industry trends, track coverage.
  • Story development and reporting: brainstorm angles, support reporting, docs, and cross-project workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support with internal, executive and corporate communications initiatives, including content for company-wide updates and messaging
  • Coordinate planning, timelines, and logistics for communications initiatives
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and internal documentation
  • Build and maintain media lists and conduct journalist research
  • Monitor news cycles, industry trends, and competitive activity
  • Support story development and brainstorm timely, relevant angles
  • Assist with press materials, including support for pitches and press releases
  • Help track media coverage and support reporting efforts
  • Help manage workflows, timelines, and organization across projects
  • Support reporting, documentation, and coordination across the communications function

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in marketing, with a focus on communications, PR, or social media
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and content
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute where needed
