Job Summary

Own multi-channel copy and storytelling that elevates UW Health, collaborating with design, media, and web partners to drive engagement and ROI, while weaving sports sponsorships into fan loyalty programs.

  • Coordinate sports partnership storylines to deepen fan engagement across college, semi-pro, and national teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Be part of a high-performing digital marketing team collaborating with designers, account managers, media planners, web developers and other roles to create discoverable content that drives engagement and action.
  • Bring the UW Health brand to life through high-impact messaging and storytelling that helps us stand out in the category.
  • Write for a broad range of channels including advertising, social media, email, web, and more.
  • Help bring our sports partnerships to life, building loyalty and engagement with fans – including college, semi-pro and national sports brands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Required
  • 7 years of experience in a corporate, ad agency or freelance setting developing digital marketing concepts and copy for advertising, web and other applications, including a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity and marketing success. Required
Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Preferred
  • Experience with project management systems and software Preferred
  • Experience developing concepts and content for sports sponsorships Preferred
  • Experience in an integrated health system, academic medical center or healthcare marketing agency Preferred
