Owns end-to-end product marketing support by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communications while tracking industry trends and managing budgets and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and maintains all product information and marketing promotions in internal databases
  • Maintains a timeline for all marketing activities and keeps the brand team on deadline across multiple releases
  • Responsible for trafficking and securing Brand approvals on high volume of Marketing and Creative assets (key art, online ad units, TV spots, metadata, etc). Additionally, provides input and feedback on all campaign materials to maintain strategic alignment.
  • Assists with development, design and optimization of marketing decks and sales materials that effectively communicate marketing plans
  • Provides ongoing updates and stays in open communication with all functional areas: Customer Marketing, Operations, Sales, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.
  • Monitors, tracks and communicates competitive activity and industry trends and offers insights to support business objectives
  • Schedules and manages meeting requests with 3rd party partners and filmmakers
  • Maintains and circulates all department led agendas, working closely with cross-functional groups
  • Responsible for managing and submitting all department expense reports according to company policies
  • Coordinates third party agreements and purchase order creation and processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related field, preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or brand management; experience within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency, or consumer products preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Airtable

  • Proactive collaborator with staff, administrators, external partners, and senior management
  • Highly organized, thorough, and outgoing, capable of managing multiple high-profile projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Resourceful with the ability to work independently as well as effectively on a team
  • Familiarity with industry concepts and practices
  • Proven ability to interpret and discuss insights from a variety of data sources to support recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
